Step 1: Paste this line into your browser's address bar:

javascript:document.location.href='http://myanimelist.net/anime/'+Math.floor(Math.random()*9000);

(You might have to try several times. It works approximately 60% of the time, all the time.)

Step 2: Show us your result, and share your level of interest in the random anime you've just stumbled upon.

Step 3: ???

Step 4: Profit!

Don't feel bad, my result wasn't much better.

Cleavage (http://myanimelist.net/anime/3537)! Atleast it has an appropriate title...

I'm just going to keep refreshing until I see something familiar.

Oh why, Eureka Seven.

Eureka is still the worst anime character ever in my book.

Uuh, I got Shiawase Sou no Okojo-san (http://myanimelist.net/anime/2934), whatever the hell that is.

I got Blue Gender (http://myanimelist.net/anime/58/Blue_Gender). I had heard of it a few times, but even as a Mecha fan, could never really get into it.

Dear god, what the hell is this (http://myanimelist.net/anime/5583) supposed to be?

Putting aside the whole "milking an IP" issue, I want to stress for a moment that this is a story about a hedgehog. A hedgehog that becomes rabid and evil when a full moon adorns the sky.
If only the Sonic-connection was out of the picture, and they'd do a remake about an actual hedgehog, then this would be AWESOME.

BEWARE, I WILL EAT YOUR MOTHER WHEN THE FULL MOON RISES!

Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo - Anata to Koibito Tsunagi (http://myanimelist.net/anime/7748/)

As much as I hate hentai and all of its staples, I happen to be very interested in this one. The source material constitutes the only hentai I ever bothered with which I hope says something about how much I appreciate it. I'll write a review or something when it's released. Shame it couldn't have been about Sara and Kaede, though.
Metal Fight Beyblade: Baku (http://myanimelist.net/anime/8410)

I had no idea this is still going. If you knew me in 2001, I would have torn all of your Beyblades asunder with my illegal model and told you only months later that I got my weight disc from a shady online dealer.

Negima Saga Final (http://myanimelist.net/anime/7135)

I was interested in Negima at first, but I completely lost track of it after the first anime series. Since when is the entire class allowed to have powers?

Evangelion: 3.0 Q Quickening (http://myanimelist.net/anime/3785)

Only Gainax and Capcom can get away with releasing updates of major products multiple times.

Akiba-chan (http://myanimelist.net/anime/5304)

I wonder if they look like that in the show.

Please keep having opinions on things you haven't actually seen.

That wasn't a comment on the show itself. Just the practice.

It's little to do with this title though. Think what you may of recap episode Death & Rebirth and sequel movie End of Evangelion, Rebuild is only the first reboot of Evangelion.

Then again, it's also the only one I can think of in the world of anime so I guess GAINAX are somewhat deserving of being likened to Capcom. Or Square-Enix.

I didn't see any of those. I had enough of Evangelion after the original series and my friends spoiled End for me so I skipped that too. I just think it's a little pretentious to use a version numbering system for a series of movies.

Fire Tripper (http://myanimelist.net/anime/2973)

What a trippy show >.<
Basically about a girl whose house burns down, and she starts hallucinating about the past when she enters a coma because of the thick smoke?

Perspektivenbox (http://myanimelist.net/anime/6935/)

Sounds like a pretentious art project. Probably is a pretentious art project. Right up my alley!

I got Hikaru No Go. Meh.

I saw a few episodes but it never really wowed me. though I got into playing Go online. it was pretty awesome. The one good thing this show has going for it is that the art is by the same guy who did the art for death note.I can't remember his name right now.
Too lazy to google...

Nitaboh
At a young age, Nitaroh is stricken with an illness that leaves him blind. He inherits the shamisen guitar once used by his mother and is taught its basics by a blind travelling shamisen player. In time with the help of friends old and new, he walks the paths that leads to his ultimate fate - that of founder of the Tsugaru style of shamisen play.

Not familiar... It's a story of epic struggle and happiness!
