Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail

I am rather disappointed by the lack of excitement from this site about the latest Black Lagoon series.
The first two seasons were pretty darn good and the first episode of Roberta's Blood Trail was fantabulous!
Lot's of ridiculous killing, nakedness, and a really pissed of Roberta!
So what I am trying to say is: this show is awesome!

Well, I talked about it in the What I Just Finished Doing thread, but it doesn't look like anybody else watched it.

That said, yes, it is insanely awesome. I read the manga, but being able to see Fabiola spinning and jumping around the bar and kicking people to death was truly satisfying. I loved in the end how she just tells off everyone in the bar to leave if they wish to keep living...after having destroyed the entire bar with a grenade launcher. If Fabiola's fight can look that badass, I can't wait to see Roberta get in on the action.

Anyways, the OVA seems to be only 5 episodes long; wasn't the Washimine arc even longer than that?

Barely, I'm pretty sure it took up roughly half of season 2, so that's about 6 episodes or so. Only issue is that Roberta's arc in the manga is at least twice as long as that. It'll be interesting to see how they fit the rest of it in the next 4 episodes.

Yeah, I would have expected to make Roberta's arc a full season, though that might be dragging it; I didn't read the manga yet, but AFAIK she's trying to wage war against the United States. That's got to have a lot of content, right?
